Solar-Charging Gateways troubleshooting

If this is the first time you are using the equipment please read the following guides:

This article assumes that you have read through “I am losing sensor readings“

• Is the Solar-Charger operational?
  Step 1: Locate and open the gateway outer casing.
  Step 2: Visually inspect the Chargers indicator lights (Click here for reference). Under normal operation one of the three colored lights should be solidly lit at a time.

• Is the Solar-Charger displaying an error?
  Step 1: Locate and open the gateway outer casing.

  Operation mode
