Solar-Charging Gateways troubleshooting

Is the Solar-Charger operational?
Step 1: Locate and open the gateway outer casing.
Step 2: Visually inspect the Chargers indicator lights (Click here for reference). Under normal operation one of the three colored lights should be solidly lit at a time.
