Repair and Maintenance of Centaur Devices

This article explains how to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) when a device appears faulty, damaged, or is not operating as expected.

1. When to Request an RMA

If a Centaur® device is not functioning correctly and troubleshooting has not resolved the issue, you can submit an RMA request so our support team can review, repair, or replace the unit as appropriate.

2. How to Submit an RMA Request

You can submit your RMA request using either the online form or the PDF form.

Option A — Online RMA Form

Use the online Return Merchandise Authorization Form to submit your request directly through the website:

Option B — PDF RMA Form

  1. Request the RMA form in PDF format from support@centaur.ag.

  2. Complete the form with the required device and contact information.

  3. Send the file to the above email address.

3. Additional Notes

  • Provide as much detail as possible about the observed issue to help expedite processing.

  • Keep a copy of the completed form for your records.

  • Centaur’s support team will contact you with next steps after reviewing your submission.
